There are detailed video instructions on how to
use the different programs of the computer unit that
are supplied with the guitar.
Question: What file
extensions can I use with the computer unit?
Answer: Compatible
extensions are as follows: (a) Video Format: AVI, RM, RMVB,
MP4, and full support for HD 720P (1280 X 720); (b) Audio
Format: MP3; (c) Photo Format: JPG and JPEG; (d)
E-book Format: TXT; (e) SD Card Format: TF 256MB -
8GB; (f) Game Format: NES net games, GBA, and some
32 bit BIN and 64 bit games.
Question: Can
I store and use DVD video lessons that I already
have?
Answer: Yes,
but you must first upload them to a desktop
computer to a file extension that will work on the
computer unit of the guitar. Once you have
them stored correctly on your desktop, you can
transfer them to the guitar's computer unit.
There is a video lesson included with the guitar
that demonstrates how to transfer files.
Question: How
long does it take to charge the battery of the
computer unit?
Answer: It takes
approximately 3 to 5 hours.
Question: If
the computer unit is damaged after the
Warranty Term is over, can I get it repaired?
Answer: Yes,
you can obtain pricing for repair services through Computerized Guitar's
